For owner-operators

Dispatch for the carrier who is also the driver

When you are the one holding the wheel, every load decision is personal: your hours, your home time, your equipment, your money. Dispatch support should respect all four.

Your reality

What owner-operators actually need from dispatch

As an owner-operator, you make every call yourself — which means you have no time for a dispatcher who needs constant chasing, sends loads that ignore your lanes, or disappears when a broker goes quiet. What you need is an accountable extension of your back office.

  • Load offers that respect your cost per mile and your lanes — not a firehose of freight
  • Communication that happens on your schedule, without interrupting your drive
  • Honest review of load details so surprises are caught before you are committed
  • Paperwork kept in order so billing is not a second job at the end of the week

Your authority, your equipment, and your decisions stay with you. Dispatch is support — and you should be able to measure exactly what it does for your numbers.

Your hours are the plan

Home-time needs are inputs to load selection, not afterthoughts. We plan around when you need to be home.

One truck means zero slack

A bad load week hurts more with one truck. We work to keep your freight flow consistent, not boom-and-bust.

You remain the boss

We advise, you decide. No load moves without your approval — ever.

Common questions

Owner-operators ask us

Will I still make my own load decisions?
Yes. Dispatch presents opportunities with the details and a recommendation; you approve or decline every load. Your truck, your authority, your final call.
How much time will dispatch actually save me?
The honest answer depends on how much time you currently spend searching load boards, making calls, and chasing paperwork. Many owner-operators report hours per day — but we do not quote specific numbers for your business without knowing it. During a consultation we can estimate together from your routine.
Do you work with leased-on owner-operators?
It depends on your arrangement with the carrier you are leased to. If your agreement allows an outside dispatch service, we can discuss it. If it does not, we will tell you — and suggest how to approach the conversation.
