Carrier Dispatch Readiness Assessment

Working with a dispatcher is smoother when compliance, paperwork, and numbers are in order. This self-assessment takes a few minutes and gives you a plain-language summary. It is informational only — it is not a qualification decision by Pure Logistics and not legal advice.

Answer honestly — this is for your own planning. “Not sure” scores half credit.
Has your operating authority been active for at least 180 days?

Some carriers and dispatch services, including Pure Logistics, prefer carriers with at least 180 days of active authority.

Do you run dry van, flatbed, step deck, or other open-deck equipment?

Pure Logistics currently dispatches dry van, flatbed, step deck, and open-deck equipment.

Is your commercial trucking insurance active and in good standing?
Is your MC number active (not under suspension or pending authority action)?
Are your ELD and hours-of-service processes set up and compliant?
Do you have reliable driver coverage for the equipment you plan to run?
Can you cover operating costs for at least 30–60 days while freight payments arrive?
Do you know your estimated cost per mile, including fixed costs?
Do you have preferred lanes or regions where you operate best?
Are you available by phone or messaging during dispatch hours?
Is your paperwork ready — W-9, insurance certificate, and bank/factoring details for payments?
Do you understand that dispatch does not guarantee loads, rates, or income?

This assessment does not verify your authority status, insurance, or compliance, and it is not a decision about whether Pure Logistics will work with you. It is a self-check to help you prepare.
