Qualification
Check your carrier suitability
Tell us about your operation and we will review it against our preferred criteria. It takes about two minutes, and you will get an honest initial classification — not a sales pitch.
Our criteria
What we look for — in plain language
- At least 180 days of operating authority (preferred). This is our business preference, not a legal requirement. Carriers with newer authority are not automatically excluded — see the note below.
- Equipment we genuinely support: dry van, flatbed, step deck, and other open-deck equipment within our capabilities.
- Operating, or a credible plan to operate: active insurance, compliant paperwork, and a realistic plan.
- A genuine need for dispatch support — load coverage, communication, or administrative relief — rather than just a cheaper rate.
- A viable way to contact you. We review every legitimate inquiry, even when details are incomplete.
Our classifications — qualified, potentially qualified, not currently qualified, or needs manual review — are business classifications. They are not legal determinations, and we do not claim your authority status is verified unless it has actually been checked against an appropriate source.
Newer than 180 days?
New authority is not a rejection — it is a preference gap. Tell us your situation honestly. Some carriers with newer authority are considered case by case, and we will explain what we need to move forward. Read our guidance for new-authority carriers.
After you submit
What happens next
1. We review
A person — not a script — reviews your details against our criteria. Every legitimate inquiry gets a response.
2. We reply
Within one business day, using your preferred contact method. If details are missing, we ask.
3. We talk or we part honestly
If there is a fit, we propose a short consultation. If not, we tell you why — and you keep the resources on this site regardless.
