How scheduling works
We do not display an automated booking calendar, and we will never show you made-up availability. Submit the request below and we will reply within one business day to propose two or three specific times. The consultation is confirmed only when we both agree on a time.
What we cover in 20–30 minutes:
- Your equipment, lanes, and current dispatch setup
- Your cost per mile and minimum rate requirements
- How we source and review freight for carriers like you
- Fees, agreement structure, and how we communicate
- An honest answer on whether we are a fit — and why
What to have ready:
- MC and USDOT numbers
- Insurance details (you will not share them on the form)
- Your equipment list
- Your preferred lanes and home-time needs
