Pure Logistics provides truck dispatch services to motor carriers. Pure Logistics is not a freight broker, freight forwarder, or motor carrier. Dispatch services assist carriers with freight sourcing, load review, and communication — the carrier remains the carrier of record, retains operating authority and insurance responsibility, and controls final acceptance of every load.

No guaranteed outcomes

Pure Logistics does not guarantee loads, load volume, rates, revenue, income, savings, or profitability. Freight market conditions are outside any dispatch provider's control. Historical or projected figures shown in tools are illustrative estimates only.

No verification of submitted information

Information submitted through Site forms is reviewed against our business criteria based on what the submitter provides. We do not claim that authority status, insurance coverage, or compliance has been verified unless we have actually checked an appropriate source — in which case we will state it explicitly and identify the source and date of the check.

Qualification classifications are business judgments

Classifications such as “qualified” or “not currently qualified” are internal business classifications reflecting Pure Logistics’ preferences and capacity. They are not legal determinations, do not certify compliance with any regulation, and do not obligate Pure Logistics to enter an agreement.

Preference vs. legal requirement

Pure Logistics prefers to work with carriers holding at least 180 days of operating authority. This is a business preference, not a legal requirement, and not a statement about who may legally operate or receive dispatch services.

Tools and calculators

All calculators, checklists, and assessments are educational estimates. They are not accounting, tax, insurance, or regulatory tools. Formulas are documented on each tool page; inputs are user-provided. No live freight rates, fuel prices, or market data are displayed.

No agency, partnership, or employment

Nothing on this Site creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. Dispatch services, if entered into, are governed solely by the signed dispatch agreement.

Jurisdiction

Pure Logistics serves motor carriers operating in the United States. Use of this Site is governed by applicable law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction stated in any signed agreement, or where no agreement exists, the laws governing the operation of this Site.
